About Giner, Inc.

In 1973, the first handheld cellular phone call was made and José Giner founded Giner, Inc. Our goal now, as it was at our founding, is to develop processes, components, subsystems and complete systems utilizing innovative electrochemical and engineering concepts.

In 2000, Giner Inc. and General Motors created a new joint venture, Giner Electrochemical Systems, LLC (GES), to accelerate the development of fuel cell vehicles — the future of automotive transportation.

Giner, Inc. and GES continue advancing electrochemical technology including electrolyzers, fuel cells, capacitors, and chemical sensors.
