Environmental and Speciality Gas Sensors

Sensor technology for the detection of common atmospheric pollutants is under development at Giner.  Advantages of PEM based sensor technology include long-lifetimes (over 10 years operating lifetime demonstrated for carbon monoxide sensors), no corrosive acids or bases are used, and minimal maintenanceis required.  A number of specialty gas sensors have been developed at Giner, Inc. These sensors have been designed for specific applications, but can be tailored to individual customer's needs.  PEM dased sensor technology is low maintenance, low cost, and lends itself to miniature and portable instruments.
