Giner manufactures limited production-scale quantities of Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEA's), bipolar collector plates, stacks, and sensors.  These items can be manufactured to fit a wide range of applications, dependent upon our customers needs.

Membrane Electrode Assemblies

Giner's  facility includes a one-hundred thousand class clean room for MEA manufacture. Giner utilizes advanced techniques for MEA production and is able to produce MEA's to fit nearly any application.

Bipolar Collector Plates

Giner can manufacture bipolar collector plates up to 0.19 square meters (2 square feet), with nearly any variety of flow field.  These collectors have demonstrated sealing up to 3450 kPa (500 psig), are inexpensive, and extremely robust.

Custom Built Test Equipment

Giner custom manufactures electrochemical test equipment, such as multiple-cell AC resistance bridges.

Giner can manufacture stacks based on Research and Development programs completed with our customers.

Giner's sensors electrochemically monitor a wide range of species.
